Gilda smiled wickedly, “Tell him I’ll be there on time.”
Eric reminded her, “Should we inform Frencia’s headquarters and arrange for some people to come over?”
“Don’t bother. Just bring our local security guards. This is a law–based society, and they won’t do anything stupid.”

Levi’s eyes darkened. A crafty look came to his eyes.
“Ms. Lynch, please have a seat!” Alan invited Gilda to sit down and then ordered his servants to pour some coffee for Gilda.
“What are you waiting for? Pour my best coffee for Ms. Lynch.”
Gilda didn’t look around.
She couldn’t help but look at the chessboard in front of Alan. It was a game of chess, and the situation on the board was evenly matched. Victory hung in the balance.
“Ms. Lynch, do you have any idea about my chess game?” Alan couldn’t help asking, but there was a touch of surprise in his
