Jackson’s brow furrowed as he looked down at his phone. Seeing that the call was still in progress, he asked, “Gilly, what happened?”
His tone was extremely gentle, and all the senior executives in the office were shocked. They couldn’t believe that the usually serious Mr. Moore could be so gentle.
Jackson stood up and left the conference room, unaware of the commotion he caused.
