“Alright, I get the picture.” Professor Turner said, then turned and left with his hands behind his back.
After lunch, Professor Turner packed up the medical kit and said to Melanie, “You’ve been studying for over two months. It’s time to put your skills to the test. Today, I’m taking you on a house call!”
“Who are we going to see?” Melanie asked in surprise.
“A good doctor doesn’t ask for the patient’s name. You’ll find out when we get there,” Professor Turner replied, taking the medicine kit Melanie intended to carry and leading the way.
