Orpheus’s lips twitched more crazily the more the director talked.
“I’m fine with it, but they’ve officially announced I’ll be the main lead. Do you think my billions of fans
would accept it?”
The director sighed and said, “What a shame. I wanted them to play the roles.”
Orpheus was utterly pissed off. “What’s the meaning of this, director?”
Looking embarrassed, the director didn’t respond to him. Walking over to Ivor, he asked, “What line of work are you in? Are you interested in trying your hands on the entertainment industry?”
Before Ivor could respond, the director heard Xavier’s voice from behind him.
“To what do I owe the pleasure, Ivor? What are you, someone so high and mighty, doing here at my film

Ivor looked at him blankly. “I didn’t want to be here, but my fiancee’s here.”
“As far as I could gather, Bonnie is no longer engaged to you. So, calling her your fiancee might not be all

Ivor responded with an equally calm face, “My fiancee didn’t complain about it. You’re just an outsider. Who are you to pass judgment on my private affair?”

Ivor was about to reject his offer, but Bonnie agreed.

Xavier couldn’t hold it back anymore. Stopping in his tracks, he turned around, looked at Orpheus, and
hinted at him.
