“You really care about him!” Zachary’s tone sounded dangerous.
Charlotte thought, “That’s because Gordon cares about me too!”
But Charlotte didn’t say that out.
She only wanted to end the battle with Zachary as soon as possible. Charlotte knew the consequences wouldn’t be good if Zachary got irritated.
She looked back at Zachary and said, “And you care a lot about her.”
Charlotte meant Annie.
Zachary’s pupils suddenly shrank..
“I don’t know why you don’t want to divorce me. But there is one thing you need to know. Even if you don’t care about wasting so much time, your Annie won’t be so patient. She can’t wait to marry you!”
Charlotte sarcastically said Annie’s name through her gritted teeth.
Without waiting for Zachary’s response, Charlotte directly left. Zachary was in a really bad mood.
Charlotte left the Supreme International Group in a daze. And she suddenly came up with one important thing when she came out.
Charlotte thought, “Zachary knows some of Gordon’s secrets. I hope that as a proud man, Zachary won’t play any dirty tricks.

When Charlotte called Gordon, Gordon was on the phone. So, Charlotte hung up and stopped calling. She directly drove back.

And it was still about Annie. Thus, Annie called off her exposition unilaterally. Annie didn’t say that her exposition was mainly supported by Zachary.

Gordon called Charlotte in the evening.
“What did you do? Zachary agreed to drop the charges. And Allen said that he agreed to our terms and wanted to sign the contract right away.”
Charlotte was speechless.
She thought, “So, except for suing Gordon, Zachary also stopped Allen from cooperating with us.
He really did a lot.
I didn’t know that Zachary was such a jerk. He is with the woman he loves now, while he won’t let me have new options!”
“Well. I directly showed him my divorce papers,” Charlotte said casually.
Gordon was silent for two minutes.
“Divorce papers of you and him? He could have directly made the request if he wanted a divorce.
“Why did he do so much to be against me?
“Was that because you didn’t want to divorce him?”

Come on. I’d love it if I can divorce Zachary.
Since his grandfather died, I have been looking forward to a divorce. And his beloved Annie is waiting for him!”

Gordon was silent again.
After a long while, he finally understood what was going on. On the other end of the line, Gordon asked, “Where did you get them?”

Where did she get the divorce papers?”
Charlotte said, “I printed them myself.”
Gordes didn’t know what to say.
Charlotte also kept quiet.
They lapsed into silence again because of the funny news.
After quite a while, Gordon finally spoke. His tone was light, and he sounded amused. “Didn’t he find out that the papers were bogus?”
“No!”
Charlotte answered.
Zachary wouldn’t drop the charges if he had found out that the divorce papers were faked, and Allen wouldn’t leave Liene City right away.
So, the only explanation was that Zachary fell for Charlotte’s lie.
Gordon was always a steady and cool man.
But at that moment, he was so amused that he couldn’t help laughing.
“You can laugh out if you want to.” Charlotte could hear Gordon’s low laughter.
Gordon said, “I don’t want to laugh. I’m worried about you.”
Yes, Gordon was worried about Charlotte.
And it was reasonable.
While faking the papers, Charlotte also knew that Zachary would be furious at her if he found out the truth.
Ever since she married Zachary, Charlotte had been aware that Zachary hated being cheated the most.

All Zachary wanted was divorce papers. So, I gave him.
He didn’t say that I couldn’t print the papers myself!
Gordon was impressed by Charlotte’s courage. What Charlotte did was really bold.
Besides, there was something more important.
Seeing Zachary and Annie being together, Charlotte didn’t feel sad at all.
Charlotte stayed at home and rarely went out for one week
For days in a row, Charlotte’s studio was filled with the sounds of the sewing
machine.
Julie came in with a bowl of soup. “Ms. Lynn, I made some soup for you. You need a rest for your health.
Thank you, Julie. I know.”
Julie put the soup aside.
