She didn’t mean to blame Zacharias, but she simply believed that he was not in a right state of mind due to his illness, and had even grown fearful of Angela.

James sighed and replied, “Mom sent me to check on you. You can’t stay locked up forever. I came to understand the situation, and then I’ll go find Angela.”
Feeling uneasy, Joseph stubbornly insisted, “There’s no need to involve Angela. It was my mistake that led me to being discovered this time. Next time, I won’t let Angela get a hold of my weakness.”
Sighing once more, James looked at Joseph, unsure of what to say.
