Genevieve was silent for a few seconds, then took a sip of her coffee and put it down gently. “Louis, I don’t want 

to interfere in your affairs. I hope you can respect my choice.” 

Louis pursed his lips. He paused before stroking his eyebrows, then smiled. “I’m overthinking it. I shouldn’t bother you with this kind of thing.” 

He then smilingly took out a white gift bag with no logo. In the bag was a new phone that hadn’t hit the market.

Genevieve looked up and her expression was cold. “Jasper, I want to use this software to monitor the other party’s connected phone. Is that possible?” 

Genevieve thought, ‘It’s impossible to guard against any backstabs or direct threats. Since Louis attacked me first, I can’t play dumb! I’ll repay him for saving my life, but not now.” 

Jasper pursed his lips. “Yes. There’s a top hacker in our company who has been holding back.” 

Genevieve smiled. “Give him a raise.” 

“Okay.” Jasper nodded knowingly and then left with the phone. 

Jeffrey had taught Genevieve that everyone’s gift should be checked first. 

Genevieve also checked the phone sent by Anthony, but there was nothing. But the one Louis gifted had a wiretapping software installed. 

She closed her eyes. Her soft heart seemed to be getting tougher.
