Chapter 1
Olivia’s POV
Today is my birthday. Exactly twenty-two years old. And I got a special gift that I never encountered in the previous year.
I’m pregnant young.
It’s the result of my lovemaking with Alpha a few months ago. We did it happily, I think we love each other.
I held up the pregnancy kit that showed two lines happily. I was going to give the happiest surprise to my Alpha, my mate. I imagined how happy Alpha Arthur would be to receive the news.
But reality said otherwise.
When I came out of the restroom, I found an unusual atmosphere. The omegas who usually cleaned up the castle were not there. I went further, but there really wasn’t anyone.
“Where did the wolves go?” I muttered. “You, come here!” I said as an omega passed by.
“Y-yes, Luna Oliv?” The omega looked down, not daring to look at me. That’s what omegas always did to their superiors.
“Where are the wolves? Why is the castle so quiet?” I said matter-of-factly.
The omega did not answer my question. His head was bowed like he was hiding something from me.
“Where is Alpha Arthur? Answer me, I have the right to know everything in this castle!” I said angrily to get the omega to open his mouth.
I felt a bad feeling come over me. But I didn’t know what it was.
“Luna Oliv, forgive me. All the wolves are gathered at this end of the castle,” the omega explained to me nervously.
I nodded my head and told him to leave. I dragged my feet toward the place Omega had mentioned.
“What’s going on?” I muttered fearfully. “Did something happen to Alpha Arthur?’
I shook my head, dismissing the bad thoughts in my own head. Alpha Arthur must be fine.
“Alpha!”
My eyes widened when the stout man with his well-built body walked in front of there. It was Alpha Arthur, the owner of those beautiful gray eyes, Arthur was my mate. Arthur was our clan’s great Alpha.
“Alpha!” I shouted again, but I didn’t see the Alpha stop.

Arthur seemed to be in such a hurry that he didn’t hear my voice.
I kept watching where he was going. Apparently the omega was right, Arthur was heading towards the end of the castle with many wolves gathered there.
I saw Alpha enter a door that I had thought was an ordinary wall. My eyes widened.
“I didn’t know that before.” I muttered, dragging my feet faster.
I didn’t have time to ask the many wolves gathered there, all I wanted to do was go see Arthur and talk to him about things.
But surprisingly, two warriors suddenly restrained my body that was about to enter there.
“What are you doing?!” I was angry, this was definitely not how they served their Luna.
The two warriors looked down deeply, seemingly afraid of my anger.
“No… it’s not that we’re being disrespectful to you, Luna Oliv. But it is a direct order from Alpha Arthur that no one is allowed inside. Once again, we apologize.”
I snorted at his words. Did this all make sense? Was I also forbidden to enter? Why?
“Is it because Alpha is preparing a surprise for me? It’s my birthday today, he can’t possibly forget it!” I said, but no one responded.
I read their expressions one by one, they all looked tense. I didn’t know for sure, but it was obvious they were hiding something from me.
“It really is a surprise for me, isn’t it, inside?” I asked angrily, looking at them all sharply. How dare they all
not answer.
I just needed an explanation for my worrying self.
“Luna Oliv, m-please forgive us but this is a direct order from Alpha not to tell Luna about this.”
I held my breath for a few seconds in irritation. I was feeling the oxygen around me dwindling, as well as the situation heating up. I stared at all the wolves lining the brownish door.
‘I can’t possibly break through all of them, I thought without them knowing.
I forced a sweet smile to fool them. “Alright, all of you. I’ll go to my room, wait for Alpha to come to the room, just like he told me to,” I said sweetly, then turned around.
I left all of them who I could still feel were very nervous.
I left, but who said I was giving up? Tomorrow I have a plan, I decided to sneak into the room, wanting to see what was going on..

Finally, what I was waiting for happened. Alpha Arthur entered the room while I was sitting on the bed. I immediately corrected my sitting position and approached him.
“Alpha…”
“What?”
Alpha Arthur looked at me flatly. I was a little surprised, all this time Arthur’s attitude had always been warm towards me. But this time was different?
“Did you forget it’s my birthday?” I immediately told him without further ado.
I saw his body stiffen. Then silence was created between the two of us.
“Do you have a surprise for me?” I asked again, not caring if Arthur thought I was chatty for asking him so many questions.
I saw Arthur let out a short sigh, his face still flat. That convinced me that he had a surprise.

“I have a surprise for you,” I said while holding back a smile, but Alpha Arthur just walked past me. He was walking towards the toilet.
My smile didn’t fade as I stared at his well-built back that had disappeared behind the door.
“It’s okay, he’ll definitely give me a surprise so behave like that,” I mumbled as I lay down on the bed.
But the next day when I woke up, a sense of disappointment attacked me. I woke up at eight in the morning. But the surprise I was waiting for didn’t show up. My birthday had even passed. Never had Alpha done this to me before.
“Alpha…” I muttered, feeling the bed beside me, but there was only emptiness there.
I moved on. This was all disappointing. Then where did Alpha go?
I suddenly thought about the secret door.
“Should I find out now? Who knows if it has something to do with Alpha Arthur’s strange behavior.”
I decided to wear a black cloak when I went out. My face and hair covered, I walked with wide strides towards the end of the castle.
Good, there were only two wolves guarding the door. As expected, the guard was not as tight as yesterday.
I ordered the two wolves to drink the water containing sleeping pills. I went inside with my heart jumping

Hesitating, I pushed open the tanned door and closed it softly. My forehead scrunched up when I saw that this room was very cozy. Not as shabby as it looked from the outside.
Then my body froze when I found the bed inside. More than that, I felt weak at the sight of a girl curled up on a thick mattress. Her hair was long, her dress was beautiful, even more beautiful than mine. Her face was beautiful but I didn’t recognize her.
“Who is she?’ I thought to myself.
Despite my weakness, I forced my body to come closer. I hadn’t dreamed that what the wolves and Alpha were hiding was a beautiful girl. There are feelings of anger, disappointment, as well as other emotions that peak.

I heard the sound of the door opening roughly from behind. I froze unable to turn around or even move as the heavy voice of a very familiar man jerked me roughly.
“Don’t touch my Luna!”
It was Arthur’s voice. The one that managed to make my heart break into a million pieces. Luna? What Arthur was referring to was of course the girl who was curled up with her eyes closed there. Then I wondered, wasn’t I her Luna?
