“No need. Rachel, listen to me, take the chance to relax for a few days. After that, you may have no chance to rest,” Tiara said jokingly.
Rachel gave up persuading Tiara when hearing her persistent tone. “Alright then. My phone for work is turned off. You should save my private number. Contact me with it if you need help.”
“Okay. Have a nice trip!”
As Tiara hung up the phone, she met Lucas‘ deep eyes and then looked down
subconsciously to see if there was anything
wrong.
“What’s wrong?”
“Afraid of getting her involved, you asked her to leave, right?”

“As my assistant, Rachel has been familiar with all of my achievements. Since Darren is determined to slander me he will definitely request Rachel to provide him with the previous documents or information. Rachel has yet to resign, and she can’t refuse Darren directly even if she is unwilling to hand him anything.
“So, a few days of absence is a better choice for her.”
Tiara explained while eating.
Sure enough, the dishes were worthy of their high prices. She hadn’t enjoyed such a delicate and tasty meal for a long time. Regardless of the so–called ladylike table manners, she indulged herself with the big meal.
Lucas gazed fixedly at her with an
affectionate smile, as if her looks, instead of food, could make him full.

Lucas chuckled. “It only took you three months to make ‘First Love‘, but you asked me for half a year.”
Tiara put down her hand and hesitated to say, “Actually…”
“What?”
“Actually, ‘First Love‘ is flawed.”
“Oh?”
“You know, from the initial inspiration to the repeated tests, every process to make a perfume is time–consuming. Three months is only enough for rather hasty work. I had no other choice.”
Tiara shrugged and continued, “Darren insisted on attending this new product competition, so…”
So she finished “First Love” hurriedly.

Tiara gestured, using the tiny gap between her thumb and index finger, her tone carrying a trace of smugness.
Her wisecrack, as well as her smile, reflected in Lucas‘ eyes and carved deep into his heart.
Lucas suddenly reached out and dabbed Tiara’s mouth with the napkin in his hand before she could react.
“A little grease.” He looked calm, as if he was doing a small thing.
Yet Tiara’s face flushed in an instant.
She watched Lucas‘ gentle movements and then his serious face.
She even sensed the warmth he left on the napkin.
“I… I’m full.” Tiara lowered her head, blushing.
“Then let’s go back for a rest. You should be tired. Just leave the rest of things tomorrow,”

said Lucas.
He then added, “I will get Sean to handle the matters you just mentioned. Don’t worry.”
Tiara couldn’t be freer and easier.
She felt pretty good to see Lucas understand her plan and arrange everything properly without asking for more.
Getting into the car, Lucas suddenly asked, “You are now living in a rented house, aren’t you?”
“Yes.”
“Withdraw it. Move into my house and live with me.”
As he said, he held Tiara’s hand slightly.
Tiara’s heart was throbbing. She clenched her other fist and hung her head, pondering.
Lucas didn’t force her. Patient as he was, he stared in the front and was waiting for her
answer.

Tiara had expected such a day. She was just not mentally prepared to live together with Lucas so quickly.

At the thought of that, Tiara finally nodded. “Okay.”
“Can we do it now?”
What a quick decision. What a man of action.
Soon, the car arrived at the apartment where Tiara lived. She went upstairs alone to pack her things.
Ignoring the bedding, Tiara only packed her necessities, as well as the important certificates, into a bag. Then, she informed the landlord of her leave and checked if there was anything she missed.
Only then did she realize she had been alone all along.

Tiara stood at the door and looked around for the last time. She was saying goodbye to the house, as well as her past.
“Goodbye, the bygone days.”
Lucas was surprised to see Tiara bringing a bag downstairs. “Only a bag?”
“These are my most important things. The rest is not.”
Fortunately, Darren was not there, or there would be another quarrel.
He rarely went there, though.

The car drove into the Goldfield Villa, the most expensive villa district in the city.

Living in the Goldfield Villa was a symbol of wealth and status.
It was normal for a person like Lucas to own a house there.
To Tiara’s surprise, not a single maid could be seen in the large villa. But even so, it was equipped with automatic high–tech appliances, and life was pretty easy.
“You live alone?”
Tiara asked in shock after ensuring that no
one was around.
“You will live here too.”
Lucas said as he put the keys on Tiara’s palm.
