Hearing the servant’s report, Becky did not take it to heart.
Becky thought, “So what if Sigmund saw it? I have nothing to do with those things now.
“The moments between us passed long ago. I should have thrown these things when I divorced Sigmund.”
In Becky’s eyes, Sigmund was no different than the abandoned trash.
Becky lay in bed and subconsciously touched her belly. Then she made an appointment for a medical checkup.
Sigmund did not disturb Becky that night.
The next day, Becky got up and had breakfast with Mr. Brigham Moolery. However, she still had not seen Sigmund until then.
Then Becky went to work. When Becky arrived at the office, and before she could sit down, Betty called everyone for a meeting and would not tolerate any delay.
Becky grabbed her stuff and rushed to the meeting room.
Betty pretended to be concerned about Becky and asked, “Becky, you arrived at the office a little late today. So, you must be rushing to the meeting. Have you finished the work I assigned to you? Any progress?” However, Becky knew Betty was deliberately making things difficult for her by saying those words.
Gerard gasped when he heard Betty’s words, thinking, “The task Betty assigned is time- consuming even for senior designers like us. Additionally, Betty assigned the work. yesterday. How can is it possible to see the result today?
“Isn’t Bettly obviously bullying Becky?”
Gerard did not know what was going on between Becky and Betty. However, he could not mess up with either of them. Thus, he remained silent and watched this scene.
Betty thought she could embarrass Becky before others by making things difficult for her. Unexpectedly, Becky took out her laptop and manuscripts and presented them to everyone

Becky said, “These are the projects the company has completed during these years. I have marked every material. You can check my work on your phone if you think it’s too slow to watch the PowerPoints on my laptop. I’ve already sent a copy to the group chat. I also wrote an outline for the plan. You can read it after checking my work.”
What Becky said was true. The second she finished speaking, everyone received a message notification on their phones.
The more Betty looked at Becky’s work, the more annoyed Betty became.
Betty thought, “The previous project managers wouldn’t probably have the clear marks Becky makes.
“Besides, Becky’s plan is nearly perfect.”
Everyone in the meeting room was amazed by Becky’s PowerPoints.
Lindsay complimented from the bottom of her heart, “Oh my god, Becky. You are so efficient. I was wondering what you would do with this plan.”
Another colleague said, “Lindsay is right. Becky, these projects were completed before you joined the company. I even saw projects years ago. I can’t believe you dug them out, all of them. By the way, I think your plan is pretty good.”
Betty sneered and thought, “Well. So what if Becky can get away with judgments with that work? She probably asks others for help in that task. I don’t think Becky can ask others to finish a design for her.”
Thus, Betty calmed down quickly and smiled at Becky. She patted Becky’s shoulder and complimented, “Well done. You finished the work better than I imagined. I knew you could do this!” People could not tell if Betty meant it or was being sarcastic..
Hearing Betty say a compliment that she didn’t mean, Becky felt funny.

next part.”
Betty said, “Thanks to Becky. She has already collected the materials for us. Next, I’m going to check your design. Then we need to select the best one quickly.”
When Betty spoke, everyone took out the designs that they had printed before work. Then Betty walked along the seats and checked the designs one by one.
Lindsay was sitting next to Becky. She glanced at Becky’s design and was shocked.
Lindsay thought, “This is… Becky’s final work is so different from her draft. Her previous draft was even hard to read!”
Betty observed things around Becky. Seeing Lindsay’s shocking expression, Betty subconsciously thought Becky’s work was awful. Thus, Betty could not help but sneer.
Betty thought, “It’s unnecessary to read other designs carefully. Now I only want to go over and laugh at Becky as soon as possible.”
Finally, Betty went to Lindsay and checked Lindsay’s drawing. However, Betty only glanced at it. Then she urgently picked up the paper in Becky’s hand.
Betty was going to embarrass Becky badly. However, Betty’s plan failed because Becky’s design was nearly flawless.
The lines of Becky’s design were smoother than other designs. Besides, her design was creative and kept Starry Group’s style.
Becky even decorated the design with rhinestones, making it shine under the lights.
Betty cried inside, “It is not the same as I imagined! This design is perfect work. I can even directly adopt it.”
Betty frowned harder and harder. She kept crying inside, “This is not the same as I imagined!”
Everyone stared at Betty because she should express her opinions about the designs after reading Becky’s drawing.

Betty put down Becky’s drawing without changing her expression. Betty did not have the excitement Lindsay expected. On the contrary, Betty’s face tensed up.
Lindsay thought, “Are there any flaws in Becky’s drawing?”
Lindsay knew she was not the best designer in this meeting room. However, she knew she was good at appreciating the artwork. She thought, “I can’t see any flaws in Becky’s
design.
“Besides, Becky’s design gives me a familiar feeling.”
Betty announced, “Great. I have seen everyone’s designs and have made a decision. I suggest we adopt Celine Richard’s design! It will be settled if you don’t have any questions.”
Lindsay was confused about the result. Thus, she immediately expressed her dissatisfaction, frowning, “If we are discussing the design, isn’t Becky’s design better?”
