Chapter 13
Third person POV
“Luna Belle?” murmured Brian softly, in utter panic as the she-wolf walked into Alpha Arthur’s room.
“Yes, it’s me, Brian! Tell me, who are you talking about? lift, asking their Beta.
Who is Olivia?” insisted Belle with a haughty chin
Brian was unable to answer. He just glanced at his Alpha, asking for a favor that was pretty clear where he was headed.
And Arthur understood that. He had been too quiet to think of an answer.
“Were you eavesdropping?” asked Alpha Arthur in a cold, flat tone.
Belle was confused, but she was able to recover in a moment.
“I overheard, Alpha. Now please don’t change the subject, who is Olivia? Who is in love with her?” Belle asked vehemently.
Alpha Arthur looked calm in his chair. “Sit next to me, I’ll explain. And you Brian, go outside. I just want to talk alone with my Luna,” he said making Brian startle but then nod.
Brian left the room, leaving only Alpha Arthur and Luna Belle.
Belle was already sitting next to Arthur, with a sour look on her face.
“He’s a nobody, Belle,” Arthur said, opening their important conversation. “You know, Brian has served our Pack for a long time, even before I was with you, he was with me, he was like my brother.”
Belle’s brow furrowed at that explanation. “Then what do you mean, Alpha? What does this have to do with Brian?”
“You don’t understand yet,” Alpha Arthur sighed. “Olivia is Brian’s old girlfriend, we’re trying to find her. We’re trying to find her for Brian.”
Belle was silent for a long time. Actually, she already knew everything. Obviously because she herself was the one who framed Arthur and changed Olivia’s true position. She was only pretending at the moment. And as expected, Arthur was reluctant to admit the truth.
Good for Belle, it turned out that Alpha Arthur was still hiding Olivia from her, which meant Arthur still loved her.
“Alright then, Alpha. I’m sorry,” Belle said spoiled while bringing her face closer and kissing Alpha Arthur’s lips.
But as before, the man did not react. He just let Belle kiss him without reciprocating. Arthur felt bland, even if he didn’t use logic, somehow he felt like pushing Belle as far away as possible when kissing her.

And Belle realized that. She put on a fake smile, even though in her heart she was so disgusted to see her own dead body so cold to her.
‘Is it possible that he doesn’t love me anymore? Belle’s mind said.
Welson was surprised by Omega’s news that his daughter, Belle, was outside the castle to see him.
“Belle, what are you doing? Why are you here? Won’t that fool Arthur get suspicious?” Welson asked with a sweeping glance around the castle grounds. “Who did you come with?”
Belle rotated her eyeballs lazily. Her face was bent sourly. “I went alone, Father. Don’t worry about Arthur following me because he already doesn’t care about me!”
Welson’s brow furrowed. “Hey, what’s going on?”
“Dad, I came here to complain to you, so let me in!” Belle said as she walked into his castle.
“What’s wrong, sweetheart? Explain it to me,” Welson said as they sat in the big room.
“Arthur, Father,” Belle argued with a parting of her lips.
“Yes. What’s wrong with that fool, did he hurt you?” Welson made an angry face.
“That’s not it!” screeched Belle. “He seems to care less about me now, he seems to love Olivia. His instincts are getting sharp, he’s looking for Olivia. He’s not yielding to me.”
Welson seemed silent for a moment. “But did he find Olivia?”
Belle shook her head, though confused. “So what if he didn’t?”
A smile appeared on Welson’s face. “Good, that means my revenge has succeeded. They are separated, and must be very miserable. I can finally destroy the Dechishon family, hahaha!”
Welson’s laughter boomed through the room. The man looked terrifying with his piercing gaze. But unlike her son, Belle’s reaction was one of unwillingness.

Belle looked down. She was afraid of her father, she knew he would be angry, but her love for Arthur was too heavy. After all, Belle was stubborn, just like her father.
