Chapter 14
Third person POV
“No, we didn’t. We’re not talking about anything.” Thea said, throwing Alpha Aldric and Olivia an ignorant. smile in tuITI.
Alpha Aldric’s gaze shifted to Olivia. “Oliv, why are you here? Didn’t I tell you to rest?” he asked.
Olivia still felt nervous from the conversation earlier. “L…”
“Oliv was going to rest, but I asked her to chat for a while, Alpha.” Thea answered.
Aldric snorted softly, then nodded. “Alright. You shouldn’t chat for too long, Olivia needs to rest. I’ll excuse myself,” he said as he turned to leave.
Meanwhile, Olivia squinted at a figure she recognized in the distance. Behind the large castle wall, Olivia saw a large black wolf. And she recognized it.
“Welson…” squeaked Olivia hesitantly. But seeing the black wolf’s fierce grin, Olivia was convinced. “Welson! That evil wolf!” she squealed involuntarily.
“What’s wrong Oliv? Who’s Welson?” Thea asked worriedly and followed Olivia’s gaze. However, she couldn’t find what she was looking for. “Who are you looking for, Oliv? Who did you call?”
Hearing the commotion from a short distance away, Aldric, who had been about to enter, came straight to Olivia and Thea with quick movements.
“What’s wrong?” Aldric asked with both eyebrows drawn together and a serious look.
Thea shook her head, looking at Olivia for an explanation.
While Oliv’s eyes looked over there, where the black wolf was. But now, the wolf was gone, gone, gone. Why would he be here? Olivia thought.
“Oliv,” Aldric called to wake Olivia up.
“Yes?” Oliv looked at both of them anxiously. “Alpha Aldric, do you remember the day you helped me from the black wolf, you fought with him, right?”
Alpha Aldric nodded. “Yes. Then what happened?” he said enthusiastically.
“Just now… just now I saw him here. I thought he was dead or injured, but he turned out to be fine,” Olivia explained with a shudder. Honestly, she was afraid of Welson.
“What is he here for?” Alpha Aldric’s thick eyebrows were still knitted together. He was thinking hard. “Is he here to harm you, Oliv?”

There was a slight hesitation in Olivia’s heart as she was about to explain. I don’t know why she was so tongue-tied to explain.
“I think he is indeed a wild wolf. But he seems to have a grudge against me after Alpha Aldric attacked that black wolf,” Olivia lied.
Growling angrily, Aldric’s gaze sharpened. “Alright. Looks like my decision to tighten the guard around the castle was correct. Yesterday about Alpha Arthur, now about that black wolf.”
Olivia looked down. Oliv felt bad. Because of her, Pack Alpha Aldric had to be like this. All the problems. arose after her arrival.

“We’re just happy to have you, Oliv,” Thea said as Aldric nodded.
Arthur’s POV
I don’t know why my curiosity didn’t run out about Olivia. Luna, who I threw away, actually made me dizzy thinking about her all night.
Because of that woman named Olivia, I didn’t realize the existence of my missing mate. After half an hour in my room, I realized that Belle had gone somewhere.
Surprisingly, I didn’t think about it at all. I actually felt relieved, I could think about Olivia’s departure without being bothered by Belle’s questions who must have felt surprised to see me.
“This thing. I even kept it,” I muttered as I held up the pregnancy test.
D a m n. It’s been two weeks since I looked for Olivia, and she hasn’t come back. Strangely, I felt a little regret, worry and sadness at the same time.
“Is this happening because I’m being unfair?” I muttered then lay down on my kingsize bed. “Am I guilty of throwing her away like that? Right, I shouldn’t have been that cruel even though Oliv was trying to hurt Belle. But what, I was afraid that Belle would find out everything, I was too rash.”
When I’m alone, I hate thinking about Olivia. It’s always suffocating. But somehow I can never escape thinking about her. If you think about it, Olivia was always good to me when I lived with her.
Olivia was always there when I was sick, Olivia always listened to me tell stories, Olivia always tried to keep Pack Dechishon well when I was down, Olivia who gave me encouragement when I failed. Olivia is very sweet and strong. She was too sweet, making me intoxicated when I kissed her beautiful lips.
The time with Olivia was so much fun, it made me want to see her right now.

I immediately sat up on the bed, no longer lying down. I rubbed my face, realizing I had gone too far.

The regret that I almost betrayed my mother made me dizzy. I realized I had to find Belle who had gone somewhere.
I got up and grabbed a black jacket from the closet, put it on and walked out of the castle. But before that, I saw Belle walking towards me.
I quickly met her.
“Belle, where have you been? You left without saying goodbye,” I said worriedly.
I saw Belle glaring, her face crumpled. She just walked past me. I caught her arm.
“Are you mad at me?” I said.
Belle didn’t answer. She just kept her wrinkled face.
“Did I do something wrong?” I asked confused and hoping she would talk to me.
I saw Belle let go of my choke hold. Belle left for the castle and I didn’t give up, I followed her. Until Belle entered her room, I still followed her while closing the door.
“What did I do wrong?” I asked again.
But my persistence worked, Belle turned around and wanted to look at me.
“Are you still asking?” asked Belle looking annoyed. “You’re so busy, Alpha. You’ve been traveling a lot. You’re also busy talking about Olivia, making me constantly overwhelmed with jealousy,” Belle explained with visible annoyance building up.
“Oh, about that.” I replied with an attempt to calm down. “Olivia, didn’t I explain about that girl?” I tried to
convince Belle.
Belle was just silent.
“Sorry if I don’t have much time for you.
It seems that Belle managed to melt. Now the girl came to me, kissed me right on my lips while hugging me. Strangely on this kiss, I was unable to reciprocate. Or I don’t want to. I don’t know. It feels kind of bland being around Belle. I felt like I was being nice to her because we were destined to be mates, especially because my mother considered Belle to be my mate.

Luckily this time, Belle didn’t notice the strangeness in me. She broke the kiss and moved away without anger. Instead, she showed me a big smile. Belle looked up and looked at me gently.
“The point is that you have to stay in the castle a lot. Tomorrow too, you can’t go out, my Alpha, my mate,” Belle said not getting an answer from me. But she seemed confident that I would comply.
Meanwhile, as we lay in bed, I got a message from Brian. I read it silently from Belle.
Beta Brian:
“Excuse me Alpha Arthur, I see you are busy with Luna Belle, so I can only send you this message. About our plan to go to Alpha Aldric’s castle, we should do it tomorrow.”
I paused for a moment, before replying to Beta Brian’s message.
“Alright”
I sent the message without thinking. Without caring if Belle would whine at me for being left behind. I need to meet Olivia to confirm something from her. Yes. Especially if it’s not about her pregnancy. I just wanted to make sure that she wasn’t pregnant, and all this time I was only scared by my own shadow.
“Beta Brian!” I called out as Brian was walking towards the kitchen.
He immediately turned around and gave a respectful greeting.
“We’re… leaving now?” asked Brian looking astonished. I knew why he was asking. “Isn’t it too early?”
I snorted lazily at his question. Why was it so early? First because Belle was still sleeping in her room, second because surprises are better. If it was true that Alpha Aldric was hiding Olivia and not being honest, then everything would be revealed with an unexpected thing like this.
“Suit myself,” I replied shortly making Brian obediently nod and cancel his intention to go to the kitchen. “Let’s go before Belle wakes up.”
Brian seemed to understand why I was leaving so early.
“Is our plan going to work?” I asked as we traveled.
Brian nodded slowly. “I think so. I think this is the right time, their pack won’t suspect anything because we’re coming to ask for the invitation that wasn’t replied to yesterday, Brian explained.
Meanwhile. I was thinking about something. “Do you feel something strange? Why didn’t Alpha Aldric reply to our letter invitation? Or is he… suspicious of us and is it true that they are hiding Olivia?” I asked Brian.
“I don’t understand either, Alpha Arthur. But if Olivia is really there, why would Alpha Aldric hide her? Does this all make sense, Alpha?”

I let out a long sigh.
“Huft, Olivia. You’re really giving me a hard time. But you’ll see, until the end of the world you hide, I’ll find you.”
