Anne was currently abroad.

Anne’s mother raised her alone, working three jobs to send her abroad for education.

If there was no possibility that Sheila had taken over Anne’s identity and Anne was indeed a native citizen

She was in no rush, knowing someone was more anxious than her.
Sheena decided to wait until Anne came to her, and she would not let Anne leave Froania anytime soon.
Perhaps she would have to employ both soft and hard tactics to get the answers she sought.
