Alick slowly turned the wheel and drove close to a building. He pulled his car up in the garage of the Hill Group and received the message from Bill before entering the meeting room.
The message wrote, “Mr. Hill, your son has fallen asleep after lunch. He didn’t get hurt or lose his temper.”
Alick asked Bill to search for Summer and a boy around Sanford’s age.
Ballard predicted Alick’s behavior and had been secretly watching him.
“Mommy, someone is looking for you.”
Ballard cracked the firewall and hacked into the phones and laptops of Bill and others.
Fortunately, the neighborhood Fay stayed in didn’t have a camera. Summer sighed in relief and asked anxiously, “Ballard, are you sure that the surveillance videos are all deleted?”
“I swear, in the name of the chocolate in my pocket.” Ballard cutely spat out his tongue.

Summer applied for another Line account and friended Toby.
Toby instantly accepted her request.
